Gluten Free Iron Rich Granola started when my sister asked me if I could make a batch for her. Inspired by my favorite childhood chocolate oat cookies, I developed this granola to eat on its own for snacking or to eat with your favorite milk or yogurt. Crunchy with nuts, sweetened with fruit, maple syrup, and molasses, this not too sweet snack has been lovingly termed cocoa crack.
Ingredients: gluten free oats, maple syrup, organic coconut oil, organic molasses, organic apricots, organic currants, organic coconut, organic sunflower seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, organic goji berries, organic cocoa powder, organic hazelnuts, organic pistachios, pure vanilla extract, sea salt.
